# Reading your results

In this module we show you what the dashboard is telling you, from a single check through to the shape of your whole user base.

## Understanding your data

* **Activity** is the record of everyone who completed a verification for your company, most recent first, with the identifier, the trust score, and whether it was approved or denied. Search it by email or phone, and filter to **Needs action** for the ones already worth a look. See [Reading Activity](/docs/activity/reading-activity)
* A denial carries its reason with it, so `limit reached` tells you the verification limit did its job rather than anything being wrong with the person
* **Insights** rolls the same data up across whichever period you pick: **settled passes**, every run that reached a decision; **liveness pass rate**, who proved a live face on capture; and **elevated risk**, how many people scored into the elevated or high bands. * **Threat levels over time** stacks your scored sessions by day, and **top threat families** shows what led the score, which tells you whether one person is behind it or many
* Your own systems can ask the same question without anybody opening the dashboard. Send an email or phone to [/v3/confirmations](/v3/dev/spec/server-api/lookup) and you get back where that person stands with you

## Holistic Trust Score

* Click any row and you get that person: signals grouped as **Capture, Person, Location, Device and Network**, with the attributes we estimated and the devices we know them on. See [Comprehensive trust score](/docs/activity/guest-profiles)
* Everyone starts at a spotless 100, and signals collected while they move through the flow deduct from it, so the score tells you how much we saw, while the pass or fail itself is settled by your configuration
* Insights charts the same thing as **threat**, in bands from low to high. A high trust score and a low threat band describe one person, from opposite ends. See [Threat levels and signals](/docs/insights/threat-levels-and-signals)

## Who is arriving, and how

* **Session attributes** shows where sessions come from, with the top five countries, platforms, device types and browsers
* **People** covers who verifies here: liveness passed against failed, an estimated age average and range, and gender
* **Risk flags** gives the share of people arriving with each network or automation flag raised, across VPN, datacenter IP, Tor exit, abuse-listed IP, TLS automation and fingerprint mismatch
