Trust Center

Start your security review here. It includes the controls we run, our sub-processors and where each one operates, and answers to the questions reviewers usually ask. You can request private documents there too.
We answer one question: is there a real, unique, live human on the other end. We hold as little about that person as we can while doing it. We let you opt in or out of PII, so you choose your level of liability. Identity on each verification decides whether the check asks for a phone or email or asks for neither. Contact our team for more on what that means for your setup, and see Configuration.
